Self Portrait: “The Star Under My Skin”

I see a star. It runs through my blood and I see it. Passing through my veins and I see it. Its runs through me as it always has but today it is that I have seen it. It was always here yet hidden.
And I ask, if the unseen was ever worth the exploration because it is in-fact the UNSEEN. The star tells me of it today. Its telling me of the wonders and the joy, and the pain of it all. It scares me. It excites me too. Its shining today in all of its glory with the wondrous possibilities it beholds.
It talks to the sky, possibly of the wish it holds. Its wish to nurture and protect what it now holds. My Flesh and My Blood. My Body and My Skin. I SEE it run through me like a beam I had unknowingly longed to see. Its exhilarating.
The star is guiding me somewhere I dont know of, but all its asking me of today is my trust.
Will I Trust, or Lose Sight of It again?
Will I Surrender, or Lose Sight of Myself again?
I am choosing to Listen.
